DAY 15: Sweet Potato Chowder

Today started with Porridge made with Vanilla Almond Milk and a brisk walk to work.  The walk was a wet one today :(

This morning i was up early and didn't fancy the chicken I'd got for my salad today, i wanted a change so  i cooked some Sweet Potato Chowder...yes i did at 6.30am!  My children thought I'd gone mad and yep they're possibly right but it's nothing to do with the yeast free diet! ha ha  If i say so my myself  it was delicious.  I made some Onion Corn Bread also to go with it and here's the results

Sweet Potato Chowder with Homemade Corn Bread from the Recipe Book at www.theyeastdiet.com

I'd eaten half of it when i remembered to take a photo! ha ha

Do you remember I'd misplaced my lead to my camera and I'd taken some photo's, well here's the rest of the food i made.

Yesterday i had a Turkey Salad Sandwich which was stuffed with Lettuce, tomato, walnut, Turkey

The sandwich was made from a pancake mix, it was actually that big i couldn't fit it in my mouth!  Hum hum no cheeky comments please..

Tuesday i had an Egg Salad Sandwich

Do you remember a week or so ago i made Homemade Chicken Burgers well here are the results to them.  They don't look very appetising on the photo but they were very tasty..

Also the delicious Corn Bread i made with tomato and garlic that i said in an earlier post that it would make a great Pizza base

Before it went into the Oven

After

The Tomato made it quite moist

I'm really starting to feel excited about the way i feel, it's been two weeks into my new eating way of life.  Well it's Friday tomorrow and i usually have a treat diet wise as it's the end of the week but as I'm not eating yeast i will have to find a yeast free treat that i can have like a new pair of shoes! hee hee

Although I have treated myself to this this month..

Don't I look Good!? Ha ha I wish eh?

I have bought a pair Royal Blue Skinny Jeans to too.  I thought in the Summer the outfit would look good with my red flat ballet shoes or some Toe Post Sandals as by that time I'm going to be skinny skinny, ha ha

Happy Yeast Free Thursday!!
